The Goodie Stash (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by The Goodies Stach, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or shop at our website (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, contact us, or sign up for emails, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, and any messages you send us.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit or debit card number on our servers. The processor collects and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this (see Section 5).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and ship your orders, take payment, and send order confirmations and shipping updates;
- To provide customer service and respond to your questions, returns, and requests;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, and to prevent fraud;
- To send you marketing emails if you have signed up for them (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We disclose personal information only to:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, website hosting, and email providers, and who may use your information only to perform services for us;
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect our rights, our customers, or others;
- A successor business in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Email Communications
If you subscribe to marketing emails, every message will include an unsubscribe link. We will honor opt-out requests promptly. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional emails about your orders.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the Site to work (for example, to keep items in your cart and keep you signed in) and cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent the cart and checkout from working. Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no common industry standard for them.
6. Data Retention
We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide service, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the state where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know or access the personal information we have about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete your personal information;
- Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling (we do not engage in these activities).
To make a request, email us at ticianamarket@gmail.com. We will verify your request before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
California residents: In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity) for the business purposes described in Section 2, and disclosed them only to the categories of recipients described in Section 3. We have not sold or shared personal information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
